My mission is to provide expectant parents with the highest quality of childbirth education and support throughout their childbirth journey. My goal is to empower you with all of the information you need to make informed decisions about your care. I believe that the choices you make during childbirth should be your own, and I strive to ensure that you feel confident and supported during this transformative time in your life.

What is a Doula?

A Doula is a professional companion experienced in childbirth, who provides educational, emotional and physical support throughout pregnancy, labor and birth. As the journey to parenthood is one of a kind, doulas also offer support during the postpartum period.

How a Doula can help?

Studies have shown that continuous support from a doula:
- shortens labor,
- decreases the birthin people's need for pain medications,
- increases the probability of spontaneous vaginal birth,
- lowers the risk of c-section by 50%,
- results in better outcomes for the newborn,
